Mumbai : The Mumbai Police have intensified their investigation into the shooting incident targeting Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff’s car by unidentified assailants. DCP Mohit Garg confirmed that the actor was safe and had not sustained any injuries.
According to Garg, the incident occurred at around 7 pm as Shroff was leaving a private event. The actor’s car was allegedly targeted in the shooting.
Two people sustained injuries in the incident. Firdous, the actor’s car driver, suffered an injury to his hand and is out of danger. Another injured person, identified as Chauhan, is undergoing treatment at a hospital.
Considering the seriousness of the incident, the police have deployed multiple teams to investigate the case. Various police units are working on the probe, while a forensic team has conducted a preliminary examination of the crime scene.
The investigators are working to establish the motive behind the shooting and identify those responsible. Garg said information emerging from the investigation would be disclosed in phases as the probe progresses.
