Mumbai, Aug 23 (IANS) Television actor Mohsin Khan has announced his engagement to Tamanna with a heartfelt note on social media.
The ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actor recalled the first time they met and the moment he realized she was someone special. Sharing a romantic message for his fiancée, Mohsin described Tamanna as “crazy beautiful, confident” and “sensitive,” adding that she was always laughing, teasing, hoping and praying. Recalling their first meeting, he wrote, “The first time we looked at each other, the first time I held your hand to the first time you sang ‘Hum toh bhai jaise hai waise rahenge’, I knew something within me settled. I had found my Person.”
Mohsin Khan shared pictures from their intimate ceremony on Instagram. In one of the photographs, the couple was seen posing together with a bouquet of flowers. They had opted for classic black-and-white outfits for the occasion. In other pictures, Tamanna was seen wearing a white dress and later a red gown, while Mohsin complemented her in a black suit paired with a white shirt and red tie. Another picture showed Tamanna proudly flaunting her engagement ring.
For the caption, he wrote, “Allahumma baarik Ya Allah So this crazy beautiful confident sensitive girly – always laughing and teasing, hoping and praying, always dancing and singing – was written for me in the heavens The first time we looked at each other, the first time i held your hand to the first time you sang “Hum toh bhai jaise hai waise rahenge” I knew something within me settled.
“I had found my Person I was always told that when your forever person arrives, it will somehow become the easiest and yet the most important decision you will ever make Maybe our story was already written in the stars. Or maybe, once in a lifetime, two people simply find each other at exactly the moment they were always meant to.”

The engagement announcement was soon flooded with congratulatory messages from several celebrities and friends from the television industry. Divyanka Tripathi wrote, “Congratulations to you both.” Shraddha Arya commented, “Congratulations.” Samridhii Shukla commented, “You guys are beautiful together, god bless you with lifetime of happines.”
“Love and luck forever.. beautiful this is”, wrote Nia Sharma.
Mohsin Khan rose to fame with ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, where he portrayed Kartik Goenka opposite Shivangi Joshi, who played Naira Singhania. His performance as Kartik earned him a strong fan following and established him as a popular face among television.
